The challenge
Credliber had a real operation, a sales network in the field and demand to spare, but what blocked growth was the process: every new salesperson added manual effort instead of multiplying results. Credliber needed to migrate a sales and simulation model full of manual steps into a 100% digital, mobile and highly scalable credit operation. That meant building a mobile app that was fast, secure and highly accessible to users with very different levels of digital literacy, integrated directly with complex financial flows and equipped with strict fraud-prevention mechanisms and protection for sensitive data.
The challenge wasn't commercial. It was technological.
Razzo came in to build that solution. The goal was not just to launch an app, but to build robust, scalable infrastructure able to absorb massive spikes of simultaneous access and run steadily across the entire country. Credliber needed a strategic product and engineering partner to sustain that fast growth and meet the demands of a fiercely competitive market.
What we did
We started by building the app, focused on helping Credliber take its first steps into digital — and we did it with the same discipline we bring to every project: regular releases, constant communication, and an architecture designed from day one for the volume that was coming, not just the volume that existed at the time.
The app goes live.
The first release put the app in the hands of the field sales network. The effect showed up fast: in the first months after launch, the company's operation grew by more than 200%.
Pent-up demand, finally served.
This wasn't an isolated campaign spike; it was demand that already existed finally meeting a platform able to serve it. Technology didn't create the market — it unlocked the market Credliber already had and couldn't reach.
The part most projects never get to: what came after.
Credliber kept growing and we kept going with it, cycle after cycle, evolving the platform as the operation gained weight, new channels and new volumes. The company earned national exposure, including appearances on TV shows, and the network went from hundreds to more than 100,000 salespeople.
A partnership that created a new product.
After years of delivering together, the relationship went beyond the contract: in partnership, the technology base built for Credliber became the starting point for Start Capital, a white-label platform for credit brokerages. Credliber remains a client, and Razzo continues to evolve its platform.
The result
The project hit major milestones from its first weeks after launch, and today it has passed 100,000 salespeople and R$ 200 million moved.
The architecture Razzo built held up at national scale, letting the app absorb massive traffic spikes from prime-time broadcast TV campaigns with zero downtime.
- More than 100,000 app downloads accumulated across the official stores.
- Held up at national scale: a smooth operation across Brazil, with technical stability during audience spikes and nationwide traction.
- A scalable platform live since 2024, absorbing continuous user growth with no degradation.
- Evolution and new business, making possible the creation of Start Capital, a white-label platform for credit brokerages.
Where to see Credliber
Why this case matters
Platforms in the financial market have no tolerance for error. Tens, hundreds of thousands of reais are transacted every single day.
Credliber remains our client, because trust is built over the years and sustained by continuous evolution and dedicated support — which is what makes any business's growth possible. The speed and quality of delivery produced a platform that today sustains the operation and the scaling of its offering nationwide.
We didn't deliver a project and walk away. We stayed to make it grow.
That confirms Razzo's commitment to bringing extraordinary results to its partners and clients.
